How to make an order

Do I need to be registered to make an order?

To make an order is required to be registered, so shipping costs will be correctly calculated based on the country of destination of the parcel.

Is there a minimum purchase amount?

No, there is not a minimum purchase amount, you can also order a single item. However, there may be discounts such as with a minimum amount you will have free shipping.

What are the times and the ways of delivery?

For delivery, in Italy and out of the country, we use various couriers: BRT, GLS Executive, DHL. We need 7 working days to prepare the order. Delivery times range from 48 to 72 hours. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday
Exceptions are for handicraft items. In this case delivery times are specified in the product card.

Can I request to deliver my order on a different address of residence? How much is it this service?

In your account, you can indicate different addresses and select the most suitable one each time you make an order and anyway always before your payment. The change of address is completely free.

How much is it the shipping?

Shipping charges may vary depending on the country of destination and weight of the parcel.

What should I do if I receive an open or damaged package?

You must not accept the parcel and return it immediately to the courier and let us know what happened.

What should I do to exercise the right of withdrawal?

Under the current law, the customer has the right to cancel the order no later than 10 working days after delivery.
